Are your staff W-2 employees or sub-contractors? +

All staff are W-2 employees of Apex. Every employee is E-Verified, background-checked, and trained in-house. We don't subcontract — that's why our retention and quality stay consistent.

What's the minimum contract length? +

Standard contracts are 12 months with 60-day out clauses. We also offer month-to-month service at a small premium for facilities still evaluating their needs. We don't lock anyone into a vendor they regret hiring.

Do you carry insurance and bonding? +

$2M general liability, $1M auto, $1M umbrella, and a $50K bond. COI provided to your office before the first visit. We're additional-insured-friendly for landlords and property managers who require it.

Can you handle multi-location accounts? +

Yes — we currently service multi-site retail chains, regional dental groups, and a 14-branch financial services client. One account manager, one invoice, one scope document covering all sites.

Green / non-toxic product options? +

Yes. Green Seal & EPA Safer Choice certified product line available for any account that requests it — standard for childcare and schools, optional everywhere else. No premium for green products on most cadences.
