Hi, I'm Eric.

I started Northshore in 2014 after fifteen years framing for one of the bigger regional deck builders. Decks were my hobby before they were my career. I've personally built every kind, from a $4K ground-level cedar to a $200K rooftop ipe.

Outdoor living is the most personal addition you'll make to your house. It's where you'll eat birthday dinners, watch fireflies, tell your kids hard news. I think it deserves more thought than the inside-the-house projects usually get. That's what we sell, thought, not just lumber.
